Client responsibilities:

·       Provide accurate and complete information in our Health & Wellbeing Questionnaire, Meditation Preferences Questionnaire (if applicable), and during consultations;

·       To attend scheduled sessions or provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations;

·       To not attend any session under the influence of drugs or alcohol; and

·       To update us of any material changes to your health, wellbeing or personal circumstances which may be relevant to the sessions provided, including, but not limited to, becoming pregnant.

Booking and payment terms:

·       New clients: all new clients should book a free, no obligation, 15-20 minute Getting to Know Me call via our website. This provides both parties the opportunity to: ensure we are happy to work together; have any questions answered; and to go through next steps.

·       Initial onboarding sessions: payment in full and a signed Health & Wellbeing declaration form are required at least 48 hours in advance of your session. Your booking is not confirmed until both have been received.

·       Follow-up sessions: all other single sessions (unless noted otherwise) must be paid in full at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

·       Multi-packs for three, four, six or twelve sessions: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, and at least 48 hours in advance of the first session. Subsequent sessions can be booked in one go or on an ad-hoc basis as preferred. All clients must have previously submitted a signed Health & Wellbeing declaration form and completed an initial onboarding session prior to the first multi-pack session.

·       Bespoke meditations sessions (one-off or four-session package): Please note these sessions are non-refundable due to the level of preparation required. Payment in full and a completed Meditation Preferences questionnaire are required two weeks in advance of your first session. Your booking is not confirmed until both have been received. If you are a new client, a signed Health & Wellbeing declaration form is also required one week in advance, though there is no need for an initial onboarding session. If you book a bespoke meditation package, please note all four sessions are to be agreed and scheduled at least one week prior to the first session.

·       Payment method for all sessions is by online bank transfer.

·       Prices are as detailed on the relevant pages of the website, with no VAT element.

Cancellations and refunds:

·       Cancellations or rescheduling of any session, including those as part of a package, within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a £25 administration charge.

·       Appointments for single sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

·       No-shows will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

·       Where appointments which form part of a pre-paid multi-session pack (including the bespoke meditation package) are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or where there is a no-show, the session will be deemed forfeit and will not be carried forward as part of your remaining sessions.

·       Bespoke meditation sessions are non-refundable. Sessions can be rescheduled to a later date with a minimum of 48 hours' notice and subject to availability (I only take on a limited number of bespoke meditation clients at any one time due to the level of preparation required for each session).

·       All sessions, excluding bespoke meditation sessions, can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance of your booking.
