When your energy becomes stuck, stagnant, or depleted, disharmony starts to manifest. Things in life feel harder or more of an effort, we fall out of alignment with our joy and purpose, emotions can spiral out of control, and physical ailments begin to make themselves known.
Vibrational energy
Although we are physical beings, we are all made up of subtle, vibrational, energy, and it is known that our energy, or presence, for want of a better word, extends out beyond the body by several feet. When this energy flows as it should, in and around the body, we are relaxed, content, healthy, in harmony with ourselves and our surroundings; and the higher our vibrational energy becomes. When our vibrational energy is high, we shine more brightly, being the best possible version of ourselves – we are in flow, we breathe deeply, and we release.
However, when the energy becomes stuck, stagnant or depleted, when the vibrations become low and heavy from things like fear, sadness, anger or pain, then our energy, our life-force, is no longer able to flow as we would like, and disharmony starts to manifest. Things in life feel harder or more of an effort, we fall out of alignment with our joy and purpose, emotions can spiral out of control, and physical ailments begin to make themselves known.
How I offer healing
As a healer, I have been trained to channel universal energy into and around the body, to support the energies of my client, directing it to where it is most needed. This brings a rebalancing, a releasing of stuck-ness and helps life-force energy flow more freely. Healing can translate as feeling calmer, happier, or having a greater sense of improved wellbeing – back in flow, breathing more easily, feeling a sense of release. I work intuitively, channelling energy from source (for you this may be from spirit, the divine, a higher power, or God), focusing where I am drawn, bringing in spaciousness, and encouraging more balance and a better flow of energy within the body.

Healing
These are beautiful, gentle, restorative sessions that can be enjoyed by all. Healing can help you find greater harmony, allowing you to be the best possible version of yourself - in flow, breathing easily, releasing.

Healing with Sound
Sound is a lovely, potent addition to your healing session, amplifying the energies and encouraging release. I use percussive instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls or frame drum, and sometimes vocal toning.

Healing with Meditation
This session combines a meditation followed by a short healing. A very nourishing way to find that easeful place where your heart rate drops, your breathing slows and your body completely relaxes.

Healing with Anamchara Guidance
These sessions offer something a little different. I ask you to draw an oracle card, with a particular focus in mind. We then explore why the image is relevant and what it's bringing up for you. This is followed by a short healing to round off the session.
